Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and estimated dispatch times will be shown on the product page.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• UK: 2–4 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, customs processing).

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages once they are with the courier. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
